• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in operation & maintenance for Passive equipment (Power & Air conditioning) for Telecom Field
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (3 year) in Electrical, or equivalent
• Team Coordination and Management
• Issue escalation related to 3rd party to customer
• Reporting Daily, weekly & Monthly –
• Team Audit for acceptance
• Support to field teams for Troubleshooting
• Site Quality Management
• Inner-department coordination
• Follow with teams to achieve the daily, weekly & Monthly Target
• Spare parts handling and keep tracker for used consumables
• Planning for preventive maintenance of sites in coordination with customer.
